BROW AND LASH ESTHETICS PRE-CARE INSTRUCTIONS
HOW TO PREP FOR BROWS
7 DAYS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:
Do not suntan, spray tan, self tan or wax/tint your eyebrows.
Pause the use of Retinol, Retin A, Lactic Acid or Vitamin C products on the skin. These products can significantly alter your skins sensitivity and cause the skin to rip.
Do not receive any chemical or AHA peels or exfoliate the skin with scrubs or abrasive products.
24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:
Give your brows a thorough cleanse and finger scrub the night before your appointment and make sure to moisturize your skin well!
WHAT TO EXPECT
BROW SHAPING
Gentle wax will applied to transform your brows into your desired shape, moisturizing oil will be applied before tweezing stubborn hairs and your brows will be gently massaged with calming lotion before a light layer of concealer is applied to balance post-wax redness.
BROW TINTING
A custom mix of brow tint is applied to your brows in your desired shape, followed by a gentle brow massage and a light layer of concealer to highlight your fresh tint.
BROW BUNDLE
This service includes shaping. tinting and lamination. First your brows are waxed and tweezed to remove excess hair. Next your brows will be cleansed thoroughly, followed by a 4-step lamination and tint process that perms, neutralizes and seals in a semi-permanent structure to the brows (customizable to however you style your brows). Once the lamination process is complete, your brows will be gently moisturized, massaged and highlighted with a light layer of concealer.
HOW TO PREP FOR LASHES
24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:
Give your lashes and eyes a thorough cleanse the night before your appointment and avoid eye makeup the day of, if possible!
WHAT TO EXPECT
LASH LIFT & TINT
First your lashes will be cleansed thoroughly and dried before an under eye pad is applied to keep your bottom lashes out of the way. A lash rod/shield is applied along the lash line and your natural lashes are then secured to the rod with water-soluble. eye-safe adhesive. Once your lashes are prepped on the rods/shields, a 4-step lift process perms, neutralizes, tints and seals in a dark, curled effect to the lashes. Once the lift is complete, all pads and rods/shields are removed, your eyes will be thoroughly cleansed and a moisturizing serum is applied to the lashes.
LASH EXTENSIONS
Full Sets: After a consult to determine your desired lash style is complete and under eye pads have been applied, a custom number of eyelash extensions will be applied to each individual natural lash using a pair of tweezers in each hand and quick-dry adhesive while your eyes are closed. Once all of your lashes have been extended, a fine mist will be applied to absorb any remaining glue fumes and your under eye pads will be removed, after which you can safely open your eyes.
If you are in for a fill, I remove any grown out or wonky extensions with my tweezers before starting.
